Submission Information

The submission of abstracts is now open. Please note that the deadline for submitting an abstract has been extended to: April 25, 2008.

Short abstracts (half a page) can be submitted through the below address:

Submission Procedure:

1. You need to register first by filling out the form on the site. You will be sent a password to use for logging on.
2. Once you are logged on you can send your abstract using the new submission button.
3. If you have more than three authors you need to specify this by filling in the appropriate space.
4. Your contact information including a full postal adress and fax number are required.
5. You will be asked to enter information about all of the authors.
6. You can enter or copy and paste your the title of your talk and the abstract in the text boxes provided. In addition, two related keywords are required.
7. Please tick the "abstract only" box in the "Upload Paper" section.
8. You can always update the information about the authors or the submission or send a new abstract using the paper button at the top of the screen.
