Registration

On-line registration is now open. On campus accommodation is also reserved at the time of registration. Information about different accommodation alternatives on and off campus can be found at the accommodation link.

Registration fees

Registration includes coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception, and the conference dinner.

Cancellations must be received in writing; no refunds will be issued after May 30, 2008. 

Payment

• Full payment is required and must be made in EURO.
• Confirmation of registration and reservations will be sent by e-mail to all registered participants as soon as we have received your full payment. Otherwise, your registration with the Conference will not be guaranteed.
• Payment can be made by credit card (please fill in and fax the order form)  or bank transfer.
• Please note that all bank transaction costs are in charge of the participants. No deductions for bank charges will be accepted.
